Fees are agreed in advance. Additional work may incur additional charges. Services may be paused if payment terms are not met.
All work is carried out in accordance with MAAT professional and ethical requirements.
All information is handled securely in line with GDPR requirements.

We aim to meet deadlines, but penalties resulting from late client information remain the client's responsibility.
All data is processed in accordance with our GDPR policy.
We may verify identity in line with UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
Services may be terminated by either party with notice. Outstanding fees remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
