By engaging with Accountancy Chamber, clients agree to the following:

Services

We provide accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and compliance services in accordance with UK regulations.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information and review all submissions before filing.

Fees

Fees are agreed in advance. Additional work may incur additional charges. Services may be paused if payment terms are not met.

Professional Standards

All work is carried out in accordance with MAAT professional and ethical requirements.

Confidentiality

All information is handled securely in line with GDPR requirements.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Client-provided incorrect information
  • Delays caused by missing information
  • Changes in HMRC rules

Deadlines & Penalties

We aim to meet deadlines, but penalties resulting from late client information remain the client's responsibility.

Data Protection

All data is processed in accordance with our GDPR policy.

AML Compliance

We may verify identity in line with UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Termination

Services may be terminated by either party with notice. Outstanding fees remain payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
